    Isabelle Goyon has been coaching senior executives in their international careers, managers and multicultural teams, as well as expatriate spouses since 2009.

    Committed to the development of Women’s Leadership and the place of women in organizations, she accompanies women executives to overcome their “glass ceiling”, particularly during high-stakes transitions and international assignments.

    She has been expatriated from 2012 to 2019 (in Gabon and then in the Netherlands) and has continuously developed and adapted her coaching and training programs to meet the needs of internationals. Isabelle accompanies:

    Isabelle has 20 years of experience in Paris in executive management, team and project management positions as an executive producer in the audiovisual industry.

    To promote the professionalization of coaching and preserve the integrity of her practice, Isabelle is a certified member of the International Coach Federation and respects its code of ethics and professional conduct.
